Little and often.

I recommend using the formula every few hours initially. Then 2-3 times a day until you are completely free of pain or discomfort.

Preventative.

If you have menstrual cramps every month for example, then start using your Moon Cycle formula a few days ahead - before you feel bloated and irritable.

When you feel a headache, migraine, cold or flu symptoms coming on, that is the best time to start using your formulas. Nip it in the bud.

As soon as you've injured yourself, fallen or overworked your muscles is the time to apply something like our Anti-Inflammatory immediately if you have some, to prevent or minimize bruising, pain and swelling.

Patience.

Stands to reason the longer you've been contending with the the rash, pain or any persistent or recurring condition, the longer it will take for the formula to do it's work.

Because aromatherapy doesn't just mask the symptoms but gets to the root of them improvements may take a little time and patience - it may even take more than one formula to do the trick.

Stick with it.

Keep them fresh.

To extend the shelf life of your essential oils and formulas it is best to keep them in a cool, dry space, preferably out of the direct sunlight.

While you are using your formulas regularly keep them handy, though not in the car, especially in summer as the heat will destroy their potency and ruin them. All the ingredients are botanical and perishable, including the preservatives.

Blends that you use periodically - sinus, headaches, menstrual cramps or others you use from time to time can be kept refrigerated until the next time you need them. Even then check them for freshness.
